What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

hello Doc I had semen test and my results are total count 10.1 Million/ml Abnormal form 40 Motility With in 30 minutes 65 With in 1 hour 60 With in 2 hours 50 Rapid progressive 45 Slow progressive 20 Non Progressive 35 RBS 0-3 PUS cells 7-12 Spermatogenetic cells 4-6 Please let Know what should I do to avoid infertility

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having azospermia condition means low sperm count

Normally as per who guidelines sperm should be at least 20 million per ml

For less sperm count you can investigate for diabetes, thyroid problem, hypertension, stress history, STD etc

Here pus cells present in semen, so culture can be done for rule out causative organism and accordingly treatment

You might prescribed hey Forte tablet for improvement in sperm count

Take healthy and balanced diet

If still no improvement than serum FSH, LH estimation can be done

Consult physician for examination
