RAPID FORWARD PROGRESSIVE :05% SLOW FORWARD PROGRESSIVE : 05% NON PROGRESSIVE MOTILE: 90% TOTAL COUNT 08MILLION/ML PUS CELLS 4-6 EPITHELIAL CELLS NIL RBC,s SEEN/HPD NIL BUT TODAY WHEN I WANT TO GIVE MY SPERM FOR TEST PLACE IS NOT GOOD AND USUALLY MY SPERM COLOUR IS VERY WHITE AND THICK SO GIVE TODAY SPERM FOR TEST NOT IN GOOD MOOD FULL OF STRESS SO. PLEASE SUGGESTS WHAT MY REPORT SAYS

Hi,

It is essential to be relaxed when you are giving same for semen analysis. However, the colour is normally white and consistency is also normally thick.

Microscopy with a positive finding of 4 to 6 pus cells can be considered as normal. However, the sperm count of 8 million/ml is extremely low. Also, sperm motility with 5 to 10% is also extremely low.

From the above findings, it states that the fertility index is extremely low. You would need proper medications to increase sperm quality and quantity.

Kindly consult Infertility specialist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
