Alkaline MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION (SPERMATAZOA MOTILITY) Active MOTILITY Sperms. 30. % Sluggish MOTILITY Sperms. 20 % Dead Sperms: 50% Total Sperms Count. 90 M/ml. (Normal Range. 60 ___120M/ml.) Morphology of Sperms Normal: 30% Abnormal. 70% Pus Cell. 6_8/HPF Ephithelial Cells. NIL. /HPF R.B.C: NIL. /HPF
Hello dear I understand your concern I have undergone through your semen analysis. All parameter are the normal except presence of the pus cell. Up to 5 cell /hpf is consider normal. 6-8 pus cell could be due to mild infection in the genitourinary tract. I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo semen culture to confirm the infection Infection require proper course of the antibiotic. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple. Do regular exercise like walking and meditation Hope this may help you
