welcome to hcm...as per the sperm motility and abnormal form the semen is of poor quality ..if you are smoker or overweight or diabetic or high bp take care of these ..take care of your thyroid status also....if all is ok ..avoid hot shower ..you may take tab speman Himalayan drug company drug one tablet thrice a day ..as it is prescription drugs please contact your local doctor he will prescribe and take multivitamin antioxidant combination also besides adequate diet ..
