What Does This Semen Analysis Report Mean?
I am 30 years and been trying to make a baby for a year.i run sperm analysis the result is as fellows volume is 1.8ml, colour is greyish, sample is alkaline, verosity is thick, count is 30*10^6 ml. Motility - active : 0% sluggish:0% dead: 100% morphologhy- normal: 60% abnormal: 40%. Net preparation shows pus cells.sperms cells were seen but mostly dead.what is my chances and what should I do.

Take antibiotics as it could be Neisseria. Don't worry, look whether it is acute or chronic infection, your doctor would decide that. There are many options for infertility.
