General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your sperm count is less than actual that is it should be at least 15 millions/ml. Also, there are 90 percent immotile sperm. You should have at least 32% progressive motile sperms for fertility. Morphology also not good. You may repeat the sample after three weeks with 48 to 36 hrs of abstinence(nil ejaculation) for better studies and further planning of fertility.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pradeepraj, General & Family Physician
