What Does This Semen Analysis Report Mean?
My semen analysis shows: Sperm Count = 45 millions/ml, liquefaction time = 0-30min, Reaction = Alkaline, Motility : Active = 30% Slugglish = 20% Dead motile = 50%, Morphology : Other findings : Pus Cells 8-10/HPF, RBC - 2-4, Epithelial Cells - 0-1. Pl advice the above given results are normal.

The count is normal. Active sperms are little less compared to normal. Hence, it should not affect your fertility. However, you may take some antioxidant compounds like vitamin C, E, and A capsules along with L-carnitine to give a chance to improve. Get checked once again after a month.
