What Does This Semen Analysis Report Mean?

Hi sir, my name is Fakhar and my semen analysis report is this Last coitus. 7 days Volum. 3 2-6 ml Colour. Dirty white Viscosity. Thin Time examined 1000 hrs Time produced. 0930 hrs Sperm count. 75. 20-250 ml Sperm motility at 15 mnts 75-20-10% Sperm motility at 1 hr. 50-20-30% Sperm moltilty at 2 hrs. 35-25-40% Sprem motility at 3 hrs. 10-15-76% Pus cells (/HPF) 06-07 Immature forms. 09 % Structuraly abnormal heads. 05 % Abnormal tails. 04 % Docter opinion. Essentially within normal limits. Plz tell me result of my report according your Opinion.plz

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The following things can be commented based on the semen analysis report you have mentioned in your post.
1. Volume, colour and viscosity are alright.
2. Sperm count is normal.
3. Sperm motility is quite good at 1, 2 and 3 hours. But, by 3rd hour motility seems decreased.
4. Sperm morphology shows 82% normal forms, which is quite good.
5. Since pus cells are only 6 to 7 per HPF, there is no evidence of any infection.
Hence, it can be concluded to be normal report.
