Hi, my semen report reads as follows:

Volume 2.5
Sperm count 70%
Ph 8.5
Very Rapid progressive movement 60%
Movemnt without progression 10%
Non motile 20%
Morphology normal 75%
Liquidfication 30 min
Pus cell 3-4
Viscosity normal
Crystal Nil

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your semen analysis report you have semen volume 2.5 ml & sperm count should be 70 million per ml ( sperm count can't be in percentage). As per motility, Very Rapid progressive movement are seen in 60% of sperms, 10% are non progressive mobile & 20 % are non-motile or dead. As per morphology 70% sperms are of normal shape.
You also have 3-4 pus cells per high power field which are not significant.

All together you semen analysis report is normal & you could become a father with this semen analysis report.
