Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
The color and pH of semen are within normal limits, however, volume of semen is low.
According to WHO classification, semen volume should be at-least 1.5 mL per ejaculate.
The sperm count is also within range. The minimum sperm count should be at least 15 million/ mL.
The sperm motility is 70% at the end of first hour which is a normal finding.
At least 42% sperms should be motile.
At least 50% sperms should have normal morphology.
In your report, 50% sperms have abnormal morphology leaving 50% normal sperms.
Thus, the semen volume is sub-normal and the condition is called hypospermia.
A semen analysis may be repeated after 21 days with an abstinence period of 3-7 days.

Thanks and take care
