What Does This Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

I had a vasectomy reversal back in October and have recently had my semen tested... could you please tell me what my semen analysis test report means?Vol of sperm: 2.9ml : No of sperm per ml of semen 167.5, 10*6/ml : Progressive mobility 36% Total mobility 42 % Time from ejaculation to test 60 mins : Viscosity, Mucoid : Acidity 7.7 : Nucleated cells not sperm Occasional : MAR Negative : Comment Normal Forms seen : Abnormal semen viscosity was the only abnormality observed. Suggest repeat analysis if sub-fertility persists after 3 months.

The volume refers the amount/size of the specimen, this is then followed by the amount of semen present and how active (mobile ) it is, at 36% motility (movement), yours is okay.

The viscosity/thickness is stated to be abnormal which can affect movement if the thickness is severe.

As suggested, repeat testing if conception does not occur , can be done.
