I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to your semen analysis report you have 3 ml semen quantity. Sperm count is 80 million/ml, which is normal. As per motility, 30% are active motile, 30% are sluggish motile & Immotile forms are 40%. There is presence of white blood cells 1-2 /hpf, which are not significant.
So all togethar according to your semen analysis report, you might be suffering from asthenospermia or low sperm motility & this may be reason of infertility problem you are facing
