I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... According to your semen analysis result you have semen volume of 2.5 ml & sperm count of 65 million/ml, hence total sperm count becomes 163 million which is normal. As per motility of sperms, only 5% of sperms were progressive motile, 15% were non-progressive motile & rest 80% of sperms were non motile. According to shape there was only 15% of sperms with normal shape & rest were with abnormal shape. There was also presence of 4-6 pus cells under high power field of microscope which is not significant. So all together your sperm analysis indicative of Asthenospermia or low sperm motility. There was also increase in sperms with abnormal shape. These both should be the reason of infertility problem you are facing.
