What Does This Semen Test Report Indicate?
i did my semen test . sperm count was 20 million . puss cells were 20-22. after taking novidat 500 mg for 10 days there was no improvement. then i took azomax for 10 days . improvement was there but pus cells were 7-9 . after that i repeated azomax for 1 weak and did test after 2 months again puss cells are 9-11 and sperm count 8 million. plz tell me antibiotic .

In my opinion, you should consult a urologist and get done clinical examination and ultrasound of scrotum to rule out epididymoorchitis.
