hi sir, following is my semen test report: Volume-3.0 ml Viscosity - Normal Reaction - Alkaline Motility - 45% Active - 20% Sluggish - 25% Dead - 55% Total count - 80 mil/ml Pus cells - 1-3/HPF Sir, explain the report more particularly the fertility aspects and presence of pus cells.
