What Does This Signify By Elevated SGPT & SGOT ?
hi. I m 25 wks pregnant, severe pedal edema, Doppler lower limbs clear. I have elevated SGPT & SGOT. What does this signify? Also ESR slightly raised. Serum Ferritin very low, Serum proteins ok but on lower side, no urine protein detected in 24 hrs.

You need to be monitored regularly by our doctor esp your blood pressure,urine protein,serum creatinine.You may be at risk of HELPP syndrome which is a complication of pregnancy.
