What Does This Sinogram Report Indicate?

Hi, Mu daughter who is just 25yrs and unmarried has been diagnosed with Pilonidal Sinus. she was suffering with pain since last 8 months but it got aggravated since last two months and she also noticed puss discharge. We got a sinogram done and the following is the report: Under aseptic precaution the contrast media was passed into the opening of the left anal canal lateral aspect with small fistulous tract measuring 31mm. Extension of the collection along the anal cavity with involvement of rectum and rectosigmoid junction. No e/o filling defect noted. Rest of the visualised pelvis appears normal. Doctor, would like to know if this can be cured by Homeo treatment. As she stays in US and is here for a short duration only - can t undergo surgery as she cannot get extension of leave. Kindly advise.

Hi
She has pilonidal sinus which can only be managed surgically. There is an abnormal tract formed which needs surgical closure and there is no medical treatment for it.
Thank you
