What Does This Sinus CT Scan Test Result Indicate?

Just rcvd letter on an Incidental finding during a CT scan while she was seen for Trauma services @ ER for a horrible car accident. Mucosal thickening seen within the ethmoid sinuses & that should follow up with a specialist deemed necessary. Not sure I understand?????
