Hi there. Read your query and noted the contents. Well there is a 6.5 mm stone in the junction of the bladder and the ureter. That is preventing adequate drainage of urine and hence there is an accumulation of urine backwards. That is cause an enlargement of the ureter and has caused swelling of the kidney. Since the kidney itself is not damaged this problem is totally reversible if the stone is sorted out. You will need to see a urologist and consider doing a procedure using an ultrasound where the stone can be broken. Its then passed out of the urine. Please do a serum creatinine and urine routine exam also. Take care.
