Hi! I had gone through your question and i understand your concern. According to your examination report : -L Hydronephrosis -your left kidney is distended ,with urine inside, also your Left ureter is dilatated. These conditions are caused by the left ureter obstruction () You urine can t pass through the ureter and remains in the kidney and the upper part of the ureter. The ureter obstruction primerly is cause by the kidney stones (calculi ,nephrolithiasis . Cystone is a good medication to dissolves the kidney stones ( especialy these size )and to prevent the formation of stones, Follow the treating doctor advise ,drink plenty of water more then 2,5 l per day .Pure salt and protein diet .
