Welcome to health care magic.
1.The present
ultrasound report suggest there is an submucosal fibroid - the fibroid / mass lesion that is projecting in to the mucosal layer side.
2.There is no generative changes seen in the
uterine fibroid - suggestive or recent history. And rest of the
uterus echo-textures appears normal.
3.Uterus is bulky due to presence of the uterine fibroid.
4.The treatment in this case include
hormonal treatment and a good followup, works in case of small sized mass lesions.
5.Finally in large and non responsive cases an operative removal of fibroid /
hysterectomy depending on the age and symptoms patient presents with. Good luck.
