Time of collection-03.55 -04.15 time of examination -04 .15 PM Liquefaction time. - 20 mins Volume - 3.5 ml Colour. -pearly white Viscosity. -normal Total sperm count. -75 millions ml Activity mitile %. -50 % Feebly mitile. -10% Dead. -40% Morphology( normal)-80% Giant head. - 05% Pin head. -05% Double head. -05% Curled tail. -03% Tail absent. -02% Total . -100% RBC. 1-2 cells/hpf Puscells. 50 cells /hpf It s my semen analysis report sir,it s normol or abnormal

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to your semen analysis result you have semen volume of 3.5 ml & sperm count of 75 million/ml, which is normal. As per motility of sperms, 50% of sperms were active motile, 10% were sluggish motile & 40% of sperms were non motile. Altogethar motility is also normal. As per morphology 80% of sperms were of normal shape & rest were of abnormal shape with Pin head in 05%, Double head in 05%, Curled tail in 03% & Tail absent in 02% of sperms. This is also normal.
There is presence of 1-2 red blood cells & 50 Pus cells or WBCs under high power field of microscope.
So all together your semen analysis is normal(good sperm count with normal motility) except for presence oflarge number of pus ells in sample. Pus cells or WBCs are known to decrease fertility.
