Most of the disc bulges found on MRI are incidental findings, irrespective of the clinical findings. Though, your leg pain can be justified keeping in view the MRI report, we cannot attribute your pain completely to MRI changes. The nature of pain, and the specific region along with certain clinical findings can surely tell. Also, many diseases look like a pain radiating from a disc bulge. I would suggest you to consult a neurosurgeon, or a pain physician/PMR physician who can come to your diagnosis and will give you medications and exercises suited to your need.
