Hi , had spirometer test today & it said Lung Age Of 62 . results were Base FEV/FVC of 76 , PEF 333 . & post 1 FEV/FVC 63 PEF 345 , & Post 2 FEV/FVC 78. I am age 44. scratching my head to see how it could come up with age of 62 when base & P2 tests seem normal. does this sound correct ? thanks in advance
this pattern seems to be mixed airway diseases or restrictive pattern .if u r reformed smoker also you can see this .or rule out other cause like interstitial lung disease. get once CT chest also for that
