General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The presence of bacteria and pus cells may indicate an infection is present but it is not related to parasites since no ova were detected.

The infection is bacterial in nature. They may do further analysis to determine the type of bacteria present.

Urinary incontinence may need to be investigated. It can be related (1) side effect of medication
(2)trauma during child birth for women
(3)neurological disease
(4)obesity
(5)some connective tissue disorders

There are exercises and medications that may be able to help. You may want to consider visiting a urologist.

I hope this helps
