What Does This Stool Microbiology Test Of Baby's Stool Indicate?

hello there. This morning we collected our baby's stool and took it for a Stool Microbiology test. This is what came out: Stool: Colour-Yellow, Consistency- Loose, Blood- Absent. MICROSCOPY: Ova- Absent,Cysts-Absent,Trophozoites-Absent,Larvae-Absent, Pus Cells-Few, Rbc- Absent, Starch Granules-Absent, Yeast Cells-Absent. Cryptospondium Hpylon antigen, Rotavirus -negative, Adeno Virus-negative. What do you make of this? im yet to see a paed, it was a concern because she kept having sort of diarhea kind of. should we worry ?

From report it shows that your baby is having some mild bacterial infection.
Other all parameters are normal.
nothing to worry.
