I had a stress echo. Normal resting echo. Left ejection fraction was 60 percent. With exercise there is a suggestion of anteroapical wall motion although the gate was poor. Abnormal wall response compatible with ischemia. Bp was normal no dysrhythmia. ECG response abnormal st-t changes manifest as down sloping apprx 2 mm in leads II ,III, v5 v6
