hello doctor. Last month I started having a stinging feeling behind my left ribs. I rushed to Emergency & I was admitted at CCU. Eco says 60% heart & I was told to go for angiography & angioplasty. I thought of taking a second advise so I went to a cardiac hospital & the doctor ran a thallium scan on my heart. My heart seemed ok. I am taking medicines since the day I got that attack. I am a changed smoker. My question to you is that when I get angry, or when I shout with my wife & when the things get off the limit…. My body starts shaking & I start breathing fast. With in these feelings I start having stinging feelings on my left side chest or sometimes pressure. My report says… Stress Test: The spine imagines acquired just after stress test demonstrates slightly dilated IV cavity with moderately reduced traces uptake involving inferior and inferoseptal walls with slightly reduced traces uptake involving apex., anteroseptal wall and interventicular septum. The prone image demonstrates normal perfusion kindly give me a answer in simple english on what does this report say and do i or do i not have a heart issue. Regards...
