What Does This Syphilis Lab Test Report Indicate?

I have questions about a recent syphilis lab results. I think I got a false positive but I m not sure. The first rpr results came back abnormal. The rpr had a titer of 1:1 nonreactive and the T. Pallidum was negative. However in a VDRL test ( VDRL, SERUM [30]) the T. Pallidum (VDRL) Titer is 1:1 non reactive and then the T. Pallidum (VDRL) (30) says it is reactive. I m so confused by these lab results...is it possible that this is a false positive? ,.. I m really confused could you please help me in understanding these labs.
