What Does This Test Result For Kidney Indicate?

Hi Good Day Dr!What is the meaning of these:cortex of left kidney:pelvocalyceal structures and ureters are slightly prominent bilaterally:pneumoperitoneum:I don t know what is the meaning, I check up with the doctor and i undergo to cit i stonogram. but when the result is ready, No one stone see on my kidney, pancreas, ureters, gall bladder and liver.and the doctor said i will perform voiding diary.I m so nervous and worrying about my health.I hope you will help me. Thank you so much.

Hello,

Pneumoperitoneum means that there is air in the abdominal cavity and should check for the cause. Your doctor should do the examination to exclude if there are rupture of the ureters; that is the question.
