What Does This Test Result For Liver Indicate?

Hi,My age is 27 yrs old..... i have the water leakage problem from my mouth from the last one year...and nw i have problem in my back. So. i went through my liver ultrasound and i came to know its fatty.then again i went through liver test where do i come to know that my bilrubin is 0.7.The sgot and sgpt levels are 88 & 102 respectively. So please suggest me the right method to lower it and pls tell me the proper diet, i drink occassionally and smoke regularly but very limited.

Hello,

According to the lab tests results SGOT, DHE SGPT levels are a little bit high. First hepatitis should be excluded with more specific blood tests such as HBSAG or Anti-HcV. Please discuss with your doctor for what should be done further
