What Does This Test Result From Gram Stain Indicate?

I had Gram Stain, Results were:Many Gram Positive Bacilli,Occassional Gram Negative Rods,Occassional Fungal Elements,Pus Cells 10-15/OIF; Epithelial Cells 8-12/OIF.What could these be?Before the doctor saw the results, she prescribed me Doxycycline 100mg for 2x 7 days. After seeing the result, she said I need to treat the Fungal Elements with Neo Penotran Vag Suppository. Will this clear my infection? Please help.

Thanks for following up. Grain stain indicate some bacteria,which can be coloured by this methods.Foe instance, you have Gram Positive Bacilli(strepto-,staphylococcus), that's why some leucocytes came to kill them and you have pus cells now. Don't worry, you will get better. Treatment with metronidazole+miconazole (Neo-Penotran) is a triple-active pessary for the treatment of single and mixed vaginal infections.It will helpful against your bacteria and fungi.
