General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your TMT shows ST wave changes and cardiac arrhythmia. Indicative of coronary insufficiency. Thats why you are advised Angiogram. May be followed by graphy if needful.

One more thing I would like to tell. Though one block is managed by a stent, & same type of careless life style continues. Another cardiac vessel can get blocked to give repeat symptoms.

The lesson to be learnt is to adopt heart friendly life style (diabetes cholesterol&blood pressure control with medicines & diet & exercises undr expert care).

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
