Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to these semen analysis result you have semen volume of 4.6 ml & liquification time of semen is 45 minutes. However, sperm count was not mentioned in the report. As per motility of sperms, rapid linear progressive sperms are 30%, 15% of sperms are slow/moderate Progressive, 20% are non progressive motile & rest 35% are non motile. As per shape, 55% sperms are of normal shape & rest 45% are of abnormal shape.
There is also presence of 0-1 white blood cells under high power field of microscope, which is non-significant.
So all togethar your semen analysis report, you have slight reduction in sperm motility. Total progressive motility of sperms should be more than 50%. Otherwise your semen analysis test was normal. However 45% motility is also normal and you could become a father, if you have good sperm count. Sperm count was not mentioned in your report

As per birth of a male child, its just purely luck. Half of sperms could be responsible for birth of a male child while other half could result in female child. It could not be told by a semen analysis test.
