Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... According to your semen analysis result you have total sperm count of 49 million which is slightly low. As per motility of sperms, 31% of sperms were active motile, 19% were sluggish motile & rest 50% of sperms were non motile.According to shape there was 12% of sperms with abnormal shape with head defect in 3%, tail defect in 4% & immature forms were 5%. There was also presence of 20-21 pus cells, few epithelial cells & 2-3 debris cells under high power field. So all together your sperm analysis indicative of oligospermia (low sperm count & average motility). This should be the reason of infertility problem you are facing. There is also increased number of pus cells/ white blood cells detected in semen of sample. They are also known to reduce fertility.
Refer to your physician Hope this information helps
