What Does This Test Result Of CT Scan And MRI Indicate?

I am a 41 year old male that has a history of migraines. back in Oct of 2014 I started getting this pain in my upper right forehead when i moved abruptly. This has gone on every day since then. It last only seconds but sometimes i wake with the same pain and it intensifies when i sit up in bed. i have seen 3 doctors for this, my primary who thought it was a sinus infection but ended up not being one, then an eye doctor who said my eyes were fine then to a neurologist who had a ct scan and a mri done. he then sent me to a brain surgeon to look over my scans as he said they looked suspicious for fluid on the brain. the neurosurgeon looked at my scans and said that they looked fine except i have a small frontal lobe. he said he sees no tumors or any other problems and feels i do not need to see him again. my neurologist agrees with his findings and has put me on effexor. it is not helping. any insight you miight have to this problem would be helpful.Thank you, George
