What kind of conditions of having hyperaerated lungs,ill-defined densities in the right upper lung,hazy densities noted in the left paracardiac area. The trachea is deviated to the right due to positional obliquity. the cardiac silhoutte is not transversely enlarge. both costophrenic sulci are sharply outlined. The diaphragm is low-lying.
