What Does This Thyroid Function Test Finding Indicate?

I have Hx of Graves Disease. Ablated in 2009 at Mayo Clinic. Been taking 0.1 mg Synthroid since then. Recent tests show TSH are high at 8.401, FreeT4 is 1.05 T3 is 2.17, Thy Perox (TPO) 9. What does this indicate I should discuss with the doctor?

It indicates you are suffering from hypothyroidism not graves disease. Graves disease is a hyperthyroidism while on synthroid .1mg your Tsh is 8, it should have been below 6 the normal value is between 4&6. You have to raise the dose of synthroid .The dose is to be increased after a gap of 2 to 3 weeks
