I have been diagnosed with borderline hypothyroidism, tosh 6.6 t4 14 t3 4.8 order thyroid stimulating hormone is higher at 7.2 I am completely fatigued after exercise and have a nervy sensation through my body all the time, like my hairs are standing on end, it drives me nuts

Hi, I think you can start tak8ng thyroxine at a lowest dose. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Take ionised salt.
