What Does This Thyroid Test Report Signify?

I did my TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 test yesterday. TSH is showing abnormally high reading of 352 whereas T4 is low with a count of 0.08. I feel tired, have gained tremendous weight , abnormally puffy eyes and swelling on the face and feet alongwith fatigue.

Good day.
Your report suggest that you have hypothyroidism. Please meet a physician and he will start you on medicines. You may also do an Anti TPO test and if it is positive, you may require medicines for long term. Please meet an endocrinologist or physician
