What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

hi i had my transvaginal ultrasound and it says: the uterus is anteverted measuring 7.5 x 7.3 x7.2 cms. Myometiral echopattern is nodular and heteregenous with myoma nodules measuring as follows: Anterior wall: 2.8x2.0x2.0cm lower uterine segment, intramural w/ subserous component 2.2x 2.2 x 1.8 cms anterofundal, intramural with subserous Posterior wall:4.1x4.1x3.3cms and 2.2x 2.2x2.3cms, fundal intramural 3.0x2.2x2.4cm, 2.2x2.2x1.8cms and 2.1x1.2cm middle 3rd uterine segment, intramural The endometrial stripe is thickened with measuring 1.9cms in full thickness probably secretory phase The ovaries are not delianeated probably obscured by overlying bowel loops. Remarks are: enlarged anteverted uterus with myoma nodules as described cannot rule out adenomyosis thickened endometrium probably secretory phase May i asked if i will undergo an operation. Hello, welcome to HCM. This scan report saying ther are numerous masses within the uterine wall . The size and position of these masses have been described.The glands in the uterus are in secretory phase(second half of the period state). Ovaries is maskd because of bewels.Becuse of these masses you have to face problems like sever pain during periods and period flow will be severe . So doctor has asked you for removal of uterus.
