Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Your transvaginal ultrasound examination gives the impression of multiple myoma of uterus (multiple fibroid). This is a benign tumor. Nothing to worry. It should be removed surgically if causing anemia or increasing in size. Right ovary is multicystic which can be due to PCOD (Polycystic ovarian syndrome). Other finding hyperechoic endometrium is due to secretory phase of menstrual cycle which is normal. This should be correlated with your clinical findings. A gynecologic consultation and proper pelvic examination should be conducted also. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
