General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

During menopause, reproductive organs gradually reduce in size. the size of your uterus is slightly below that of a lady in reproductive age but it is normal for a menopausal woman. The uterus is in-homogeneous because of the presence of fibroids. But you should not worry about that because firstly, there are small and secondly they will gradually reduce since you are in menopause.

Normally, the endometrium should measure about 0.5 cm in thickness. yours is at 0.7 which is slightly above but does not call for an alarm at this moment. If you are overweight or even obese, then that could possibly explain why it is increased. However, you will need regular ultrasound follow up for the thickness of the endometrium say every 3 to 6 months.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
