What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Of Uterus Indicate?

Hi, I had my tvs and these are the results. i want to know what this means. Thanks The uterus is anteverted measuring about 48 x 41 x 37 mrn. The parenchyma is homogenous showing no mass lesion. The endometrial stripe is intact measuring about 6 mm. Few nabothian cysts within the cervix. The right ovary is not recognized due to overlying bowels. Anechoic cystic structure noted within the left adnexa measures about 42 x 27 mm. No free fluid within the posterior cui - de - sac. IMPRESSION: NORMAL UTERUS WITH THIN ENDOMETRIUM CONSIDER LEFT OVARIAN CYST FOLLOW-UP STUDY IS SUGGESTED NON-VISUALIZING RIGHT OVARY
