Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to USG report you have multiple large fibroids in the uterus.
Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Normal pregnancy is possible with fibroid uterus.
Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc.
Most likely you will be treated conservatively. Myomectomy can be done if needed.
You should consult gynecologist.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
