General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM
I'm Dr. Taimur and I will be addressing your health concerns.
I have read your question and understand your concern.
This report shows that your uterus is retroverted ( flexed backwards) while normal is anteverted that is flexed forwards.
Second is there are multiple Myomas ( fibroids), these are muscles of uterus clustered together and are benign ( not to worry about much), and are of different sizes.
intramural means they are within the walls of the uterus.
Fibroids are mostly a chance finding on ultrasound and most of the time they are benign. sometimes they may result in irregular bleeding and failure to conceive.
Endometrial thickness is increased , in a setting of irregularities in menstrual cycle which should be further investigated ( like through dilation and curettage biopsy should be done)
Last thing is cysts in ovary which is also normal and does not need to worry about.
I hope this might be of some help, if you have any query feel free to ask me any time.
Thanks.
Dr. Taimur
