What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Test Result For Uterus Indicate?
Hi I am seema I am 35 years old l have no child In TVS scan utreus is 89*63*54mm in size, normal centre echo is present and central. Endometrial thickness is 33mm. Multiple large solid hypiechoic masses are seen in the walls.30*22mm mass in anterior wall fundal region intramural location , 32*30mm mass in posterior wall subserosal location and few other small masses. Posterior mymetrium is hyterogenous with mass like area of 30*28mm in it. Cervix shows large upto 11*9 mm fluid filled cycts.Please send me how to cure problem.

Since your transvaginal ultrasonography shows multiple masses in the wall of the uterus, these called called fibroids and need to be removed for you to become pregnant. This has become a routine surgery and can be done by laparoscopy by an expert to have great results. Consult a Gynecologist who has experience in this and since you are 35 years of age, and if the ovaries are functioning normally as noted by ultrasonography guided ovulation study, it is possible that you can have a pregnancy.
