Noted your history of Typhoid many years ago when you had high grade fever but no fever yet the Widal test is positive as you have detailed in query. Paratyphoid infection is possible. Since the S. Paratyphi Ah and Bh are positive more than 1:160 the medications you are on seems to be proper management. For some reason your Doctor has give you triple antibiotic, it is possible that typhoid is getting resistant to some medications. Loose motions can be a symptom of typhoid and many cases with severe complications may not have many of the classical symptoms and signs as they were in past; hence the necessity of the investigations. Please continue the medications as advised for a duration that is different for different antibiotics. Please discuss this with your Doctor to avoid overdose. Also take probiotic, a PPI like Omeprazole and multivitamins with minerals for good recovery.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
