Hi Hemanth welcome to health care magic
I have gone through your query & can understand your concern

According to you, Widal report for typhoid is positive for S. Typhi O at 1:160 dilution & S. Typhi H at 1:80 .
If you have fever higher than 100 F , loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation etc, you might have typhoid. If not you cannot ne labelled as suffering from typhoid fever. As this may be titre of some old typhoid or other infection. We have to report the widal titre and if it shows a raising titre then it is significant else it is not.

Also typhoid fever can be easily treated in outpatient department. So don't worry

Refer to your physician for consultation
Hope this information helps
