What Does This Ultra Sonography Of The Abdomen Signify?

I have done Ultra sonography abdomen and in the report it was shown as left kidney as 10.0 x 4.9 cm- E/O Mild dilatation of pelvicalyceal system noted. No E/O Calculi noted. Peri renal planes are nomal. Can explain me doctor, is there any complication with my kidney?

it appears to be normal report but it is to be correlated with clinical signs and symptoms. advised to have renal function test. can consult urologist with report for examination and advise on treatment.to be kept under observation.
